The Alpharetta area is developing into a true town – a destination attracting all of us who want walkability, a home town feel, and access to unique, creative,  Mom & Pop type stores and restaurants – all within close proximity to GA400 and the Atlanta area.    Main Street already has some fun restaurants and shops – even Food Truck Thursdays and lots of annual Festivals.  The City Center (http://www.citycenteralpharetta.com ) is now under construction and will bring 11 new restaurants and many more shops.   The Alpharetta Loop is being planned to mimic the Atlanta Beltline – connecting Downtown Alpharetta to Avalon and more. The result of the Alpharetta’s amazing planning and development is a hot real estate market.   It is filling a need for those of us who are tired of living in the suburbs – not able to walk to anything, not feeling a part of a community.     East of Main is being developed by Providence Homes and Voysey is being developed by Hedgewood right off the square.   The nearby older homes are being purchased and either remodeled or torn down to make way for custom homes.   Currently, we are seeing more remodels than tear downs but expect that tear downs will be more common in the near future.   If moving to or investing in Alpharetta is on your mind, give us a call today!   678-534-7490.
